REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

CHEMIMAKER sells digital PDF books containing chemical manufacturing formulas and educational materials.

Please review this Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing.

2. No Refund After Successful Delivery

All purchases are generally considered final once the correct and complete purchased PDF book has been successfully delivered or made available for download.

No refund will be provided after successful delivery of the correct and complete PDF book, except where required by applicable law.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The purchased PDF book was not delivered.

  • An incorrect PDF book was provided.

  • The delivered PDF file is corrupted or cannot be opened.

  • A duplicate payment was made for the same order.

  • The delivered product materially differs from its description.

Customers must contact our support team with their order details.

4. Technical Issues

If a customer experiences difficulty downloading or opening a purchased PDF book, CHEMIMAKER will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

We may provide a replacement file or restore download access.

If the issue cannot be resolved, an appropriate refund will be provided where required by applicable law.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the purchased PDF book has been delivered or made available for download.

Once successful digital delivery has occurred, cancellation requests will generally not be accepted, except where required by law.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing times may depend on Cashfree Payments, the customer’s bank, and the payment method used.
